Guildbury brings membership administration, class scheduling, equipment certifications, billing, and day-to-day staff work into one platform. It is designed for makerspaces and community workshops with their own members, instructors, and equipment.

Your workshop’s identity
Workshops manage their own branding, public content, and member portal. Organizations use separate workspaces in the same platform.
Payments through Stripe Connect
A workshop connects its own Stripe account. Member payments for that workshop’s memberships and classes are charged on the workshop’s connected account. Guildbury collects its platform fees separately from the workshop’s underlying sales.

Platform pricing
We are not currently collecting platform payments while business registrations and payment-account activation are being completed. Pricing is provided here so you can evaluate the service before onboarding.
The platform fee combines a monthly amount and, where applicable, a percentage of payment volume. The current pricing model is shown below. All amounts are in USD.

On Starter, the $25 minimum is a floor on the total monthly platform fee; it is not added to the percentage fee. Tier selection uses recent payment volume. Payment processor charges are separate. Your onboarding agreement confirms the applicable pricing, billing period, and any taxes before service is activated.
Starting or cancelling service
Contact us to discuss your workshop and arrange onboarding. Service is delivered online; setup timing and access details are agreed before payment. Cancellation stops future renewals after the current billing period. Paid periods are generally nonrefundable, as described in our customer policies.
